We understand the importance of being availiable at short notice which is why we endeavour to have an engineer with you within an hour of your call (often alot sooner than that).

• As soon as you notice a problem contact us free on 0800 027 0357 or 07775916357 and our experienced staff will endeavour to give as much assistance as possible over the phone.
• If an engineer is still required they will be dispatched and with you within the hour.
• Once our engineer identifies the problem they will correct it there and then if possible (this would be charged at our standard rates)
• If the poblem can't be rectified there and then we will find a temporary solution while we get the necissary materials/parts, we will then return as soon as possible at a time that is convenient with you to complete the job.
• All work is carried out under the full Economic Plumbing Guarantee of quality workmanship.
